Known for its fanaticism for freshness and quality, Legal Sea Foods is family-owned and helmed by Roger Berkowitz, a James Beard Award winner. Located pre-security; dine here, grab a drink   from your   full bar or   remove   with take-out.   In 1968, the Berkowitz family opened its first seafood restaurant,   next to the   fish market. The fish was simply prepared, either broiled or fried, and served   in some recoverable format   plates at communal picnic tables. Despite the low-key trappings,   the foodstuff   was   first rate|the best   and word quickly spread. This early success   triggered|generated   further expansion   and now|and today  , six decades later with restaurants   over the   Eastern Seaboard,   family members   philosophy endures: Legal Sea Foods   is often a   fish company   inside   restaurant business.   George’s son, Roger,   may be     with the   helm since 1992   and it has   expanded   your family   business into new markets   while keeping|and keep   the company’s     concentrate on  its proud tradition and core values.
